Hohe Jagd x Weidwerk stage

Experience fascinating presentations and cookery demonstrations on the Hohe Jagd x Weidwerk stage in Hall 10, which will focus intensively on the butchering, cooking and grilling of game.

Hunt on Demand Stage

The Hunt on Demand stage is entering its second round with exclusive video premieres on 300 m² and offers the unique opportunity to meet some of the protagonists in person. The streaming platform is also presenting a culinary premiere this year with live cooking and a wine tasting.

Insight into the art of bowhunting

Live bowhunting demonstrations offer an impressive insight into the art and precision of this traditional hunting method.

European Taxidermy Championships

A special highlight are the European Taxidermy Championships. Every two years, this competition selects the best taxidermists in the world. Visitors can experience taxidermy demonstrations up close and admire the impressive craftsmanship.

SitzPlatzBleib - Everything about the dog

In the enlarged dog area in Hall 2/6, ‘SitzPlatzBleib’ awaits you with daily hunting dog demonstrations and comprehensive equipment covering all the needs of your four-legged friends.

Austrian national championchip in deer calling

The art of deer calling is a demanding hunting craft, often regarded as the "master class" of luring and calling hunts, with a tradition spanning centuries. Here, the best deer callers compete in various disciplines that require both skill and passion.

Practical knowledge: Climbing seats in use

During live climbing seat demonstrations, the Austrian Federal Forests impart practical knowledge about working safely in the trees and the correct use of climbing seats - an important part of a hunter's work in rough terrain.

Workshop Fly tying

Fly tying at Hohe Jagd offers the opportunity to experience the art of fly fishing up close in workshops and gain valuable knowledge from experts. Fly tying techniques and materials are taught and practical tips are given.
